Tip 1
Rare Candys.
Now rare candys are, well...rare. So always have a dowsing machine with you because then the dowsing machine will tell you directions for a hidden item and it's likely to be a rare candy.
(OR you can check through all of the rocks in caves)

Tip 2
Join Avenue
Now guys if you do not know what I'm talking about its because I think it's only in Pokemon Black 2 / white 2 that there's a Join Avenue. Anyway, in Join Avenue you talk to a person which will walk down the Avenue. Then Press A in front of them and press 'Invite'. I am going to do a 'ranger' who said this: "If I were to make my dream come true on this avenue...I would want to make people's pokemon stronger". Then press A on Make the person a resident. Many people will ask this question BUT do not make every single stall a personal training area because it will not look/be right.
Note: You can only have 1 lvl per day at one stall.

Tip 3
DayCare Centre
The daycare centre trains your pokemon. If your pokemon starts from level 1 then by the end of the day it should be lvl 28-32.
Note: You can only have 2 pokemon at a time at the daycare
